The Orsman Family founded their premium Westcountry butchers in Shaldon over 100 years ago. Our reputation for having a strong set of values has been built on consistently by delivering premium quality beef, pork, and lamb products from only the finest animals and farms in the Southwest. George Orsman the founder ran the first shop from premises in Ringmore Road for many years until his retirement in 1929, when his son Tom took up the challenge to continue with the standards set.
