The unusual layout of the cottage with it built on the side of a steep hill enables the home to be accessed from the front and the back, at different heights and from different lanes! The front door on the ground floor opens from the car port into a fully equipped one bedroom apartment, which can be rented separately or as part of the main house; there are 3 double bedrooms and main bathroom are located on the middle floor and the kitchen/diner and lounge are situated on the top floor, where a large lawned garden with decking can be accessed directly via the back door.

Top Floor

The top floor of the cottage benefits from large windows making it airy and full of light, with river peeps and access to a large south facing decking area, leading into a peaceful, lawned garden, with garden table and BBQ which is accessible from Topcliffe Road.

Fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer, which opens into spacious dining room with table comfortably seating 8. There is a washer/dryer on the ground floor.
